Before shipment, products undergo inspection, protective wrapping, cushioning, labeling, and final packaging checks to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Handmade ceramics may require additional preparation because each item must be individually inspected before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on destination, customs procedures, local logistics networks, weather conditions, and transportation capacity.
Important Information About Handmade Products
YESTEA | K products are handcrafted rather than factory-manufactured. Small differences in glaze patterns, brushwork, color tones, kiln effects, clay texture, shape, and finishing details are natural characteristics of artisan craftsmanship.
These unique variations make each piece special and should not be considered production defects.
Because of the delicate nature of ceramics, we utilize reinforced packaging methods whenever possible to improve delivery safety.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
